As investment platform got to know, technological giant Samsung added Bitcoin support into Blockchain Keystore SDK – hardware cryptocurrency wallet, built into the company’s flagship smartphones.
Developers, creating apps on the base of Blockchain Keystore platform, can already testing their compatibility with Bitcoin. In addition, new update contains support of Klaytn blockchain, developed by South Korean company Kakao, and blockchain Ethereum.
According to the post on the company`s site, with the help of platform developers can already interact with Bitcoin blockchain. Let`s note, apps on Android OS will be able to sign transactions and directly refer to addresses on blockchain.
At the current moment Blockchain Keystore SDK stays at the stage of development, and platform`s full release will happen closer to the end of the year. Then, interested developers now can request access to beta version of SDK.
Built cryptocurrency wallet is available on smartphones Galaxy S10e, S10, S10+, S10 5G, Note10 and Note 10+, it also will be available on new flagship models, which will be announced Autumn.
Samsung Blockchain SDK toolkit was launched in beta version at the beginning of July. It presents “all the necessary” functions for creating decentralized apps and also offers cryptocurrency payment gateway, containing user`s interface.
