British travel agency Corporate Traveller announced about the start of Bitcoin acceptance. This became possible due to the company’s partnership with cryptocurrency processing service BitPay.
“We have revealed increasing demand of our clients for the opportunity to pay bitcoins for booking travel. We have chosen BitPay to manage our trading operations (with cryptocurrencies), because they make easier the whole process – from receiving Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash to sending money to our account”, – Corporate Traveler general manager Andy Hegley claimed.
Investment platform has got to know that the company has said that they are not worried about the cryptocurrency price volatility, since the bitcoins will be immediately converted into British pounds. BitPay charges a 1% commission for converting funds, which, as stated by Corporate Traveler, is cheaper than processing credit card payments.
